PLANS4U was established in 2006 to provide practical, personalised residential design services for homeowners throughout New Zealand.
Led by Grant Smith, a residential designer who founded PLANS4U, we work closely with clients to turn ideas into buildable designs that reflect the way they want to live, the character of their site and the realities of their project priorities.
